Lets learn from bollywood- SHAADI MAIN ZAROOR AANA

A 2017 movie, starring Rajkumar Rao as Satyendra and Kriti Kharbanda as Aarti is based on an arrange marriage where both starrers start loving each other before marriage and yet Aarti runs away from that marriage.

Movie starts with a meeting arranged between Satyendra and Aarti for an arranged based marriage in which they have to finalize if they like each other or not.
Now let’s assume a simple thing that if you go to meet someone for the first time, professionally or even personally how can you judge that person in a single meet?? It has become like an interview- ask the questions related to each other, judge them based on their answers but we all forget that we cannot judge any person in a single meet (to know more about first impression and judegments click on the link here- https://varunthakkar3.blogspot.com/2018/04/first-impression-is-last-impression_6.html) and even if we meet, there is always something that we miss out to share and in the flow of impressing others we agree to anything and everything and the same thing happened here. Satyendra agreed to one thing which he shouldn’t have and that was agreeing to carry on Aarti’s career of becoming IPS/IAS which his mother would never allow.

Moving forward, they both liked each other and so now the meeting was between their parents. And as we all know the first ritual to be followed is to ask about how much to pay for the Dowry?? During these discussions, the boys become the product and his parents become the Sales person who gives the value of the product based on their qualification and earning and the girl’s family become the customers where they try to take some discount for that product. So parents, before asking for dowry, ask yourself that are you a sales- person who is trying to sell out their own child???

Everything got finalized and the marriage got set. Satyendra and Aarti also started loving each other but a twist came into their life when on the day of marriage, Aarti’s result got announced and she was selected to become an officer and at the same time she came to know that Satyendra’s mother won’t allow her to do that job. And now it was like- Love vs Career. And she chose career and ran away from the marriage without even informing or clarifying things with Satyendra- MISCOMMUNICATION. If you love that person and you know that he also loves you back, then why not trust each other and keep clarity about things around you. Satyendra could have cleared out things that Aarti liked with his mother and tried to convince her, also Aarti could have clear out things with Satyendra before running from the marriage.

Demands, dowries, non-adjustable behavior and miscommunication between the two of them destroyed the whole arranged based love-marriage. And this created a great panic in the family of Satyendra to which he decided to take revenge by becoming an IAS officer.

Satyendra succeeded in becoming the top-notch officer and he got the chance to take revenge against Aarti when a case was filed against her for taking bribe and that investigation was under him.
He took every advantage to torture her in every sense, also made her waited outside office for days without responding. But ultimately he found out that she was framed guilty by their co-workers and he helps her and proves that Aarti is innocent.
This incident brings both of them face to face which also cleared out some doubts which both of them had to which Aarti again falls in love with Satyendra but now the ego plays all the game for Satyendra not accepting Aarti’s love.

Self- ego is given the name of self-respect which make them a stubborn person who can never see or face a reality. Ego becomes a wall between your love and acceptance of that love for you which was the exact scenario with Satyendra.  His ego didn’t allow him to accept Aarti’s love and so now Aarti decides to get married to someone else.
Now on the day of marriage Satyendra realizes his love for Aarti and goes to her marriage to confess his feeling for her and in doing so creates the perfect climax as per the audience entertainment and thus the movie hits the theatres making one of the best movies of Rajkumar Rao.
