Outer World Vs Inner World: A Journey Within

The Motive Behind Exploring "Outer World vs Inner World" In a world where external achievements, appearances, and performances dominate our daily lives, we often overlook the most vital space we inhabit — Our Inner World . This is where our emotions, thoughts, fears, values, and dreams reside. It is the truth of who we are. The Outer World , on the other hand, is the space everyone else lives in — each person carrying their own invisible inner realities. Ironically, while real change and growth begin from within, we constantly strive to control the outer world — something that’s never fully in our control, as each individual lives by their own values, feelings, and perceptions. When we fail to influence it the way we want, we feel stressed, disappointed, and sometimes even angry with ourselves for not being able to control others. So, the question arises: If becoming a better person starts with mastering the Inner Self, why do we invest most of our energy trying to influence ...

COMFORT ZONE Vs GROWTH ZONE

A person sees himself in many zones as per his daily activities that are going around. He tries to adopt himself as per the surroundings. So can we say that he is getting influenced by others? Influence means to control someone or a group and get ourselves to believe in what they are saying is true.  When we are young and in our growing stage, we always find people who try to motivate us to do some tasks. Those tasks can be negative or positive, right or wrong, hard or easy. A regular child gets up, goes to school, attends classes, comes home, does homework, goes to play, comes back and eats and sleep.  But Sachin Tendulkar, he started his journey of Cricket at the age of 11 years and today he is known as the God of Cricket.  Just 1 thing different from a common child and that was to grow himself to achieve his dreams.  Similarly a professional Person gets up, does some exercise or reads the newspaper, gets ready, goes to the office, completes his work, comes b...

Fate Vs Destiny- Know the True Difference

In my last blog " Let's Redefine Our Own Destiny ", I mentioned about how the actions of our past lead us to where we are today. In simple words, A journey from Actions to Reactions is defined as Destiny. But sometimes we misunderstand our Destiny with Fate. Many of us are not aware of the Difference between Destiny and Fate.    A predetermined course of Action which is decided by a natural order in the Universe is known as Fate. In simple words, A journey of an individual which starts inside the womb of mother, growing of that child from kid to an Adult, performing his duties based upon his doings and then ultimately he dies, might be at a young age or might be at an older age. This is the course of action predefined by the Universe and so it is defined as Fate. But During his journey of life, whatever life makes him face and whatever actions are taken by him are the results of Destiny.  A Destiny is something that has been influenced by our own actions or Actions done b...

Let's Redefine Our Own Destiny

Let's start by understanding the meaning of Destiny " Everything that is happening in our life or something that is fixed and going to happen in the future means Destiny." But my first question is to ask our own selves that Whatever we are doing or achieving, whatever that is happening in our life isn't because of some of the events that took place where our life was involved and made us what we are today? There is a famous saying "We will achieve what we have done" which can be understood by The Law of Karma that " All the actions have their equal Reactions" Meaning that whatever we do today has a reaction towards that action in the future.  So it is not the fate that leads or does anything but it is our own action of past which has reacted today and kept us in a situation of what we are today.  Let's understand this with a common example of Mobile Addiction: A 5-6 year old child today doesn't eat without taking a mobile phone to play game...

Sadness: A Reason to stay away from Reality

Today in this Fast Life, we get many reasons for being Sad. Be it the reason over work load and pressure, the reason related to our personal problems or the reason of losing someone close to us. Let's take an example to understand this: There is someone in our life who became a very important person, whom we loved very much but that person cheated us. Now that person who cheated us is happy in their life, maybe with someone whom they love but on the contrary we became Sad. Seeing us Sad, our loved one's also started worrying about us and they became sad. Our colleagues who are dependent on us for the work alloted to us got dissatisfied because we were not able to focus on our work. In reality, the person who cheated should have received the Punishment but here it is us who are punishing our own selves as well as everyone connected to our life. Aren't we keeping ourselves away from reality just because of someone's wrong doings? Another example can be related to our ...

Be a True Follower and a Good Leader

Are we a follower or a leader? We all know that a follower means following some person, their ideas, some rituals that we believe, the styles of our loved celebrities etc. And a leader means someone who tries to spread their ideologies amongst the people, tries to give knowledge to the people who are following them. By knowing this, everyone always think that they want to be a leader in the future where every other person follows them, praises them and tries to acknowledge them. But is this the real leader and a follower or are we just missing out something? Actually the truth is that every person falls in both the categories i.e. A leader as well as a follower. A person should be a follower of his observations. Observations that he did during his entire life cycle, observations that he did while working day and night, observations that he did while meeting new people. Observations means the things that a person don't just see but also try to understand it. When a person obs...

Recognizing The Truth

We all face a common issue in knowing the other person. At times, we cannot judge whether the other person is speaking truth or not. But we never try to understand why are we not able to take judgement in recognizing the truth. When we talk with any person, there are always 2 chances- The other person might be lying or the other person might be speaking truth. But how to recognize that person is the biggest question that needs to be answered. Truth is something that can be realized but lie is something that needs to be invented . Whenever a person lies, he creates a story to tell where he tries to cover all the facts in different manner and develops a new story which actually never happened. But when any person says truth, it's always natural. The whole story is exactly how he got to know i.e. the other person has experienced the story that he is portraying. So we can take our first judgement for knowing the truth by the story that he has experienced.  Next point that we need to ...
