Be a True Follower and a Good Leader

Are we a follower or a leader?



We all know that a follower means following some person, their ideas, some rituals that we believe, the styles of our loved celebrities etc.

And a leader means someone who tries to spread their ideologies amongst the people, tries to give knowledge to the people who are following them.

By knowing this, everyone always think that they want to be a leader in the future where every other person follows them, praises them and tries to acknowledge them.

But is this the real leader and a follower or are we just missing out something?

Actually the truth is that every person falls in both the categories i.e. A leader as well as a follower.

A person should be a follower of his observations. Observations that he did during his entire life cycle, observations that he did while working day and night, observations that he did while meeting new people.

Observations means the things that a person don't just see but also try to understand it. When a person observes, they try to get into the shoes of other person and try to understand the situation from their point of view. And whatever they understand, when they start following that in their life, they change themselves accordingly than only it can be said that they are the true follower of their observations.

Talking about being a leader, a true leader tries to motivate the world by changing them according to the learnings that they had from their observations. Trying to spread the knowledge that they have gained by being a follower of their own observations. That is when we can say that he is a good leader as well as a good follower simultaneously.

Today, we all want to follow and become someone that we see for some time somewhere but we are never aware of their real life, we are never aware about the real ideologies that the other person has who are trying to make them follow.

When we start observing, we will be able to understand and get to know if someone is just trying to make us follow in some wrong direction or not.

As soon as we become aware over the understanding of being a true follower and a true leader, we will definitely be able to see the change around us, a positive change that will be impacting the lives of many in a positive manner and only after that we can be a good leader who can pass the ideologies which we have learnt from our own observations.
